Isaac on the Digital Accelerator: you'll learn something about yourself
Isaac recently completed our Digital Accelerator and created some amazing work. Here are his thoughts on the experience.
What made you apply for the Digital Accelerator course?
Mainly to be surrounded by creative people like me who are into the digital space. I also wanted to brush up on basic Photoshop and Illustrator skills.
Which lessons did you most enjoy on the course?
I really enjoyed learning Illustrator and picked up a lot of useful techniques. Having such a wide variety of areas — many I'd never even thought about before — really opened my mind.
How has the course helped you prepare for new job roles?
If I apply for a job now, I feel I have the relevant experience to be confident in what I do. Creating a website for my portfolio, and having people to give me tips and advice, really helped.
What would you say to someone interested in the course?
If you're already interested, go for it — you'll learn something new about the creative industry. You'll also learn something about yourself, and having some Adobe software skills is so useful.
The Digital Accelerator is exactly what it says it is — my foot is down with confidence and no hesitation.
