FAQ

Common questions

How is this different from the individual-track bootcamp?
Same teaching, same tutors, same outcomes. The difference is the funding route: this version is funded by your business's NI contribution, individual-track is funded for individuals via Skills Bootcamps.
Can my employee just do the individual-track instead?
Often yes if they meet the eligibility criteria (19+, UK/EU 3yr residency, not in full-time funded study). The employer track is for cases where they don't meet individual criteria, or where you'd rather formally back the upskilling.
Can multiple employees come together?
Yes — we run small-group bookings. Request a call back and we'll plan it with you.
What's the time commitment?
One full day per week for 8 weeks. Employee should expect ~2 hours of self-directed application work outside the session day — usually on real tasks in their day job.
