Government-funded AI and digital training for your team.

Upskill your existing employees with grant-funded courses in AI, marketing, software and video — free for eligible employees. Or recruit and train a digital apprentice. We handle the funding and the training.

Two ways to work with us

Which route fits your team?

Train your team

Keep your business ahead of the game

Give your employees practical, current digital skills without the agency price tag. Most of our team training is government grant-funded, so it's free for eligible employees.

Grant-funded

Government funding covers the training cost — free for employees including our latest AI for employees short course worth £2250 per person.

One day a week

One day a week for 8 weeks to become professionally competent at an advanced level. Minimal disruption — they apply what they learn back in their role straight away.

Live training, in person or online

Live, in-person training at our central Brighton centre — your team learns in the room with working practitioners, real tools and real projects, never pre-recorded or self-paced video. Live remote sessions are available too, so anyone who can't make it in still joins in real time.

The other route · Apprenticeships

£11,000–£18,000 worth of accredited digital and AI skills training per employee

Recruit and train a new digital apprentice, or put an existing team member through one. We recruit, onboard and train — you get a productive team member from week one. Here's what you get:

Funded training

Employers pay just 5% of the training cost — the government covers the other 95%. If the apprentice is aged 25 or under, there's no cost whatsoever.

Free recruitment for new hires

We source and pre-screen candidates. You interview a shortlist of pre-qualified people who want the role, not 200 CVs to filter through.

Productive from day one

Apprentices work 4 days at your business and 1 day with us. Real projects from week one — not theoretical training. Most are billable within a month.

Apprenticeships

Open apprenticeship programmes

Two live programmes. Cohorts start monthly.

FAQ

Common questions from employers

What does team training cost us?
For eligible employees it's government grant-funded — free to you. Our AI for Business bootcamp, for example, is fully funded for PAYE employees; you just release the person for one day a week. We'll confirm exactly what your team qualifies for on a quick call.
Who's eligible for the funded team training?
Most employed adults qualify. The AI for Business route needs the employee to have been in PAYE employment with you before they start; our other bootcamps and accelerators are government-funded for UK adults 19+. We check eligibility for you before anyone enrols.
How much time do staff need off?
One day a week for the length of the course (bootcamps run 8 weeks). They apply what they learn across the rest of the week, so it pays back quickly.
How much does an apprenticeship cost us?
If you're a levy payer, training cost is drawn from your existing levy account — net zero. If you're a non-levy employer, you pay 5% of the training cost (around £900 for a Level 3 over 14 months). You also pay the apprentice's wage at minimum £8/hr for the first year (or your standard rate, which most employers pay).
How long does it take from first call to first day?
Around 6–8 weeks. First call → understand role and team → we recruit and shortlist (~3 weeks) → you interview and select → onboarding paperwork (~2 weeks) → start date.
Can we upskill an existing employee?
Yes. Existing employees can do an apprenticeship if it's a substantial new role, new skills, or significant progression. Same funding rules apply.
What's the time commitment for our team?
One day a week is "off-the-job" — the apprentice is with us learning. The remaining four days they work at your business.
What happens if the apprentice doesn't work out?
There's a probation period in the apprenticeship contract. We help mediate and resolve. If the placement genuinely isn't working, we re-recruit at no additional cost.
Are you Ofsted-rated?
Yes. We're a registered apprenticeship training provider on the ESFA register. Ofsted rating and full provider details available on request.
