Practical AI for everyone using AI at work — live online.

This 8-week programme — one live session a week, joined online — is for professionals who want to confidently identify, implement and oversee AI improvements within their organisation and their own job role. No travel, nothing to attend in person.

It is hands-on and built around real workplace outcomes rather than theory. Each week you apply AI to your actual job, building toward a personal AI assistant and a portfolio of real work. The programme is built around:

Who can take part

✓Employed by a UK employer with a line manager, working at least 50% of your hours in England
✓Eligible UK or settled residency, with the right to work in the UK
✓England-based — the funding does not cover Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland

Common questions

Is this really 100% online?

Yes. You join every session live online from anywhere in England — there's no travel and nothing to attend in person. The classroom version of the same course runs in person in Brighton if you'd prefer that.

Are the sessions live or recorded?

Live. A real tutor runs a live class every week. Every session is also recorded on the learning platform so you can catch up if you miss a week.

How is it the same as the classroom course?

Same funding, same Level 5 AI Leadership units, same certificate — all delivered and certified by Creative Process Digital. The only difference is that it's delivered live online rather than in person.

What's the time commitment?

8 weeks, one live session a week, plus around 6 hours of guided self-paced work each week — roughly 90 guided learning hours in total.

Do I need to be based in England?

Yes — you need to work at least 50% of your hours in England. The funding does not cover Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.

What does it cost?
