Thriving as a young creative

Practical advice on building a creative career from your first role onwards — taken from interviews with our recent apprentice graduates.

What separates the apprentices who graduate into permanent roles from those who don't? In our 10 years of running apprenticeship programmes, a few patterns are consistent.
