8-week technical art bootcamp for the games industry. Rigging, shaders, real-time pipelines, Unreal/Unity basics. £4,600 funded. New course, launched 2025.
Technical art sits at the intersection of art and engineering in games — the people who make sure beautiful art runs at 60fps on a console. This bootcamp gets you started in that role.
We launched this in late 2025 in response to demand from the South East games industry (which is bigger than people realise — Brighton, Guildford, and Sussex have dozens of studios). The course is delivered in partnership with two local game studios who provide guest sessions.
