Lessons from when the world shut down: a look back at how we kept apprentices in training and on track through 2020.
The sudden lockdown in March 2020 turned the world of work upside down. The Creative Process team packed up the office and headed home to convert our living rooms into a working space.
That was a particular challenge for our young digital apprentices who were just beginning their new careers and, in many cases, their first job. We rebuilt the entire programme for remote delivery within three weeks — and along the way learned which parts of in-person teaching can be replicated online (a lot of it) and which absolutely can't (much more than we expected).
