Tutors who still work in industry.

Most of our tutors are working agency-side or freelance alongside teaching. They consult, ship, run campaigns. The curriculum is what they actually do — not what was true five years ago when someone wrote a textbook. Apprentices learn current practice, current tools, current ways of working.

Classroom-based, not e-learning.

Our apprentices show up in person every Wednesday to our Mac suite in central Brighton. They learn alongside their cohort, with a tutor in the room, with kit they can't easily get at home. The sector's e-learning-only completion rate is around 50%. Ours sits in the 70s. The medium matters.

AI integrated into everything.

We added AI to every apprenticeship curriculum in 2024 — not as a separate module, but threaded through every other module. A marketing apprentice learns SEO with AI assist. A software developer apprentice learns coding with AI pair programming. By the time they finish, AI fluency is automatic, not a course you take on the side.

Small cohorts. Maximum 16 per group.

We cap intake at 16 per cohort, not because we have to but because beyond that the teaching breaks down. Sixteen people can be known by name, individually mentored, and given feedback that's specific to their work. We turn applicants away rather than over-fill.

Brighton, not London. By design.

Our apprentices learn in a city with a real creative-tech ecosystem — but at a scale where they meet people, not get lost. Lunch breaks bring them into the same coffee shops as agency teams and broadcaster crews. Networking happens by default, not by Eventbrite.

92% stay on after qualifying.

Most apprenticeships exist for the apprentice. Ours are designed so the employer also gets ROI — which is why almost everyone who finishes stays on with their original employer. We screen for fit before placement, we mediate when things wobble, and we train apprentices to be the person their employer wants to keep.
