Overview

This is the Photoshop module of the wider Adobe Skills Bootcamp. Four weeks, one day a week at our Brighton centre, focused entirely on photo retouching, compositing, masking, and web graphics.

You can take this on its own, or take it alongside the other Adobe Skills modules to build a fuller creative skillset. See the Adobe Skills Bootcamp parent page for the full programme.

Week 1

Layers & masks

The foundational model. Non-destructive workflows from day one.

Week 2

Photo retouch

Skin, exposure, colour. Working with real photographer briefs.

Week 3

Compositing

Cutting out, blending, complex composites with realistic lighting.

Week 4

Web & social

Web graphics, social formats, export pipelines, ImageOptim basics.

Common questions

Should I take just this module or the full bootcamp?
Depends on what you need. If you have a clear single gap, just this. If you want a fuller portfolio, take the full 12-week bootcamp — it costs the same to apply and gives you all three apps.
Do I need prior experience?
No. We start from zero.
Will I have access to Adobe Creative Cloud?
Yes, during the module. After it ends you'd need your own subscription.
