Overview

This is the InDesign module of the wider Adobe Skills Bootcamp. Four weeks, one day a week at our Brighton centre, focused entirely on multi-page layout, print preparation, and long-document handling.

You can take this on its own, or take it alongside the other Adobe Skills modules to build a fuller creative skillset. See the Adobe Skills Bootcamp parent page for the full programme.

Week 1

Page structure

Master pages, grids, baseline alignment, typography conventions.

Week 2

Multi-page documents

Long-form layout — magazines, reports, brochures. Story-flow logic.

Week 3

Print prep

Bleed, slug, colour separation, packaging for print. PDF/X export.

Week 4

Project & portfolio

Final 12-page document portfolio piece. Live print proof if time allows.

Common questions

Should I take just this module or the full bootcamp?
Depends on what you need. If you have a clear single gap, just this. If you want a fuller portfolio, take the full 12-week bootcamp — it costs the same to apply and gives you all three apps.
Do I need prior experience?
No. We start from zero.
Will I have access to Adobe Creative Cloud?
Yes, during the module. After it ends you'd need your own subscription.
