Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3

Course Overview

The primary role of a multi-channel marketer is to define, design, build and implement digital campaigns across a variety of online and social media platforms to drive customer acquisition, customer engagement, and customer retention. A multi-channel marketer will typically be working as part of a team, in which they will have responsibility for some of the straightforward elements of the overall marketing plan or campaign. The marketer will work to marketing briefs and instructions. They will normally report to a digital marketing manager, a marketing manager or an IT Manager.

  • Analytics and Insights: Utilizing analytics tools to measure and analyse marketing campaign performance, extracting meaningful insights
  • Digital Marketing Channels: Becoming proficient in utilizing various digital channels, such as social media, email marketing, and online advertising for optimization.

Lesson & Assessment

The Multi-Channel Marker Apprenticeship lasts for up to 15 months, with apprentices coming into the Creative Process training centre on a monthly basis for class based training sessions on a fixed date each month. Additional training comprises of 1:1 coaching, online support and work place visits that provide a blended learning approach. Each apprentice is provided with a full training schedule at point of induction onto the apprenticeship so they and their employer know what support is on offer and when it takes place.  The trainer will work with you to establish the exact timetable for these  sessions.

Each apprentice submits a portfolio which must contain evidence of workplace tasks undertaken and completed. This evidence will be gathered throughout the apprenticeship and compiled by the apprentice. This will be explained in full by your Creative Process trainer in a set up meeting at the start of the job.

Are you eligible?

To be accepted into the Creative Process Digital Apprenticeships’ applicant pool, you will ideally hold at least 5 GCSEs (graded A* to C or 9 to 5) or equivalent.

This should include English and Maths and you must demonstrate a proven passion in Multi-Channel Marketing.

Digital Marketing Assistant/Executive/Co-ordinator, Campaign Executive, Social Media Manager, Content Co-ordinator, Email Marketing Assistant, SEO/Analytics Executive, Business Administrator. Office Manager.

The Creative Process Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship is designed to give you the skilled workforce your business needs to identify key opportunities and capitalise on them to facilitate growth.

We can work with you to source a suitable applicant for your business or you can up-skill your existing employees. If the employee is under 19 and your business has less than 50 employees, there will be no cost for the training. If they are over 19 and/or your business has over 50 employees then you will contribute 10% towards the cost of the training.

If your business has hired an Apprentice since 6th April 2016, who is aged under 25 and is enrolled on an Apprenticeship, you can claim back your National Insurance Contributions for them. Depending on the salary of your Apprentice, this could amount to a significant saving. By changing your employer contribution category for Apprentices who meet these criteria you will save your business money.
